The Plot
The movie begins with Ben and his friends Gwen and Kevin fighting a group of thugs who are stealing alien technology from a warehouse. They discover that one of the thieves is Elena Validus, a childhood friend of Ben who used to work for his grandfather Max, a former secret agent. Elena tells Ben that she needs his help to find her father Victor, who was working on a project involving nanochips that can control any living organism. She claims that Victor was kidnapped by an alien race called the Hive, who are planning to use the nanochips to take over the world.
Ben decides to help Elena, despite Max's orders to stay away from her. He believes that Elena is telling the truth and that her father is innocent. However, Gwen and Kevin are suspicious of Elena's motives and think that she might be working for the Hive. They also notice that Ben's Omnitrix is acting strangely whenever he is near Elena or the nanochips.
As Ben and Elena follow the trail of clues left by Victor, they encounter various obstacles and enemies, such as Big Ed, a shady dealer of alien tech; Helio, a bounty hunter hired by Max; and Psycho 1 and Psycho 2, two Hive agents who can control nanochips. They also discover that Victor was not kidnapped by the Hive, but rather joined them willingly and became their leader. Victor reveals that he created the nanochips as a cure for his terminal illness, but they corrupted his mind and body. He now intends to use them to create a new world order where he is the supreme ruler.
Ben has to face a difficult choice: whether to trust Elena or his grandfather; whether to fight Victor or join him; and whether to use his Omnitrix or destroy it. He also has to deal with his feelings for Elena, who he has a crush on since he was a kid. Will Ben be able to stop Victor and the Hive? Will he be able to save Elena from her father's influence? And will he be able to control his Omnitrix and its new alien form: Nanomech?
